Shivani is so kind and knowledgeable, great for people of color because she understands our issues with hyperpigmentation and what lasers or skincare will work. She’s not just peddling products to sell. We’ve been working on my hair growth and we’re doing a laser and she changed the base protocol to include exesomes because it’s more effective (based on research she’s reading everyday) than the manufacturer’s protocol.
